Rules Player is a versatile multimedia player that allows you to play all kinds of different popular video formats, since it employs a codec packaged by MPlayer.

The list of file formats that the program is capable of running includes the following: AVI, 3GP, ASF, FLV, Matroska, MOV QuickTime, MP4, NUT, OGG, OGM, RM, DIV, and many more.
